This page explains what the SoforERP website collects and why. SoforERP is made by Levant IT in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

What we collect

When you send us a form (book a demo, ask for a free trial or a quote, or send a message) we store what you type: your name, agency, phone number, email, how many staff would use SoforERP, what your agency sells, the modules you picked and your message.

When you send a form we also keep the page you started from, the campaign details in the link you came from (for example which ad), and the website that sent you here. We keep a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address to spot spam; we do not keep the address itself.

The site sets two small cookies: one remembers which campaign brought you here for up to 30 days, and one remembers your language choice. Staff who sign in to the admin get a sign-in cookie. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Why we use it

To reply to you, to set up a demo, trial or quote, and to understand which of our marketing works. We do not sell your details.

Who sees it

Levant IT staff who handle sales and support, and the companies that host this website and deliver our email. They may only use it to run the service.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for as long as we may still be talking to you, then delete it. You can ask us to delete or correct your details at any time.
